Meet the coaching staff

The 2027 season marks the beginning of a new era for Hilliard Davidson Baseball. This coaching staff is committed to restoring the program's winning tradition while bringing a new approach for the future. Their vision is to develop young men who compete with confidence, hold themselves to a high standard and represent Davidson with pride both on and off the field.

The staff shares a commitment to player development, accountability and creating an environment where athletes are challenged to improve every day.

Logan Reitter - Head Coach

Coach Reitter was named Head Coach of Hilliard Davidson Baseball in the fall of 2026. He played collegiately at Asbury University before spending time in professional baseball with the Lexington Legends. His coaching experience includes the high school, collegiate and summer levels, including time as Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Thomas More University.

Coach Reitter believes players perform their best when they know their coaches care about them. His approach emphasizes putting constant pressure on opponents, playing with controlled aggression and preparing players to handle adversity.

Ryan Yoder - Varsity Assistant Coach

A Davidson Baseball alumnus, Coach Yoder played in the program from 2013–2016 and has coached within Davidson Baseball since 2020. After leading the JVA team, he now joins the varsity staff and provides an important connection between the program's previous coaching staff and its new direction.

Coach Yoder encourages players to understand the game, work with purpose and continually look for ways to become more complete players.

Noah Sprowls - Varsity Assistant Coach

Coach Sprowls joins Davidson after coaching at the high school, collegiate and travel baseball levels. A former standout player at Otterbein University, he brings a strong background in player development and the fundamentals of the game.

His coaching focuses on preparing players to compete with confidence by making routine plays, putting pressure on opponents and maintaining a strong mental approach throughout the game.

Connor Davis - Varsity Pitching Coach

Coach Davis joins the Davidson coaching staff after a successful playing career at both the high school and collegiate levels. At Hilliard Bradley High School, he was a three-year starter in baseball and football, earning All-Conference, All-District and All-State honors. He also threw the first perfect game in Bradley baseball history.

Following high school, Coach Davis pitched at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, where he served as a starter, reliever and closer during his four-year career. He was named Sunshine State Conference Player of the Week three times.

Passionate about developing pitchers, Coach Davis has spent the past six years training athletes at Dugout Baseball and coaching within the Dugout Baseball Club. He also spent two seasons at Olentangy Orange, helping develop pitchers while emphasizing arm care, injury prevention and the mental side of the game.
