SUB SALE FUNDRAISER
ORDERS DUE WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH
SUB ASSEMBLY AND DELIVERY SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7TH
$7 each or 5 for $30
Each sub includes: Carfagna’s ham, pepperoni, salami, and provolone cheese, on a fresh7 inch Auddino’s bun.
Each player is asked to try to sell at least 20 subs.
Encourage family and friends to buy extras... subs freeze well.
Encourage family and friends to buy extras to be donated to a local Homeless Shelter. This is a great way for out of town family to donate. (please designate if subs are to be donated on your order form).
Local Hilliard Teacher Ron Speaks will take these subs directly from our assembly to Compassion Outreach Ministries of Ohio in Franklinton. Our subs will be on the streets of Columbus by 11am!!! Mr. Speaks has done this for many years and has shared how much these fresh subs are appreciated by individuals served by this outreach program.
Money and order forms are due on Wednesday, November 20th. Please scan and email your order form to Lisa Kafka (lisakafka99@gmail.com). Save your original form, you will need this to deliver to your customers.
Please have your customers pay you! Please make one payment for your entire order via check made out to Hilliard Davidson Baseball Club. Coach Swallie will collect checks at practice the week of November 18 th . (contact Lisa Kafka 614-256-7304 to make other arrangements)
Sub assembly: Saturday, December 7th 8:30-10:00 a.m. in the Weaver Commons. All players need to be present. We ask at least one adult from each family assist with assembly. All subs need to be picked up that day, we do not have a place to keep subs cold if you are unable to pick them up on assembly day.
